Shower Steamer

The Crystal Clear shower steamers contain menthol crystals as well as peppermint & rosemary essential oils and are frequently used to combat nasal congestion.
HOW TO USE:
1. Run warm water in the tub/shower for a couple of minutes to moisten the air.
2. Place 1 steamer on the tub/shower floor or in a soap dish away from direct streams of water. Ideally, the steamer should just get lightly sprinkled with water.
3. Inhale deeply to fully experience the benefits of aromatherapy.
